Join United Midcoast Charities on Thursday, August 20, at Riverside Farm & Learning Center in Searsmont for the annual Rising Tide Party & Silent Auction. Guests will enjoy an elegant selection of chef-crafted small bites and seasonal fare, beer, wine, and a signature cocktail or mocktail while connecting with friends, neighbors, nonprofit leaders, and fellow supporters from across Knox and Waldo Counties.

The evening will also feature the presentation of the Rising Tide Award for Philanthropic Excellence, honoring an individual whose generosity and leadership have made a lasting impact on our region.

The celebration begins before the event itself. Starting August 1, supporters can participate in an online silent auction featuring an outstanding collection of items and experiences donated by local businesses and community members. A select group of exclusive packages—including unique getaways, dining experiences, and Maine adventures—will be reserved for bidding during the event and available only to attendees.

Most importantly, every ticket purchased and every bid placed helps United Midcoast Charities invest in the nonprofits that provide food, housing, health, safety, and opportunity throughout Knox and Waldo Counties.
